Delivery of parcels in adverse weather conditons
Customers waiting for deliveries of their online purchases should be aware that there may be delays with delivery in adverse weather conditions, e.g. snow fall. Delivery services may be heavily impacted by the weather conditions as they may struggle to collect parcels ready for dispatch from us and deliver to homes across the UK. Once the conditions clear it may take delivery companies several days to catch up with the backlog and return to normal operations.
