Please Note:
It is normal to experience extremely slow self-inflation in a new mat or one that has been stored rolled away for long periods. To counter this, open valve and inflate by mouth to assist the foam take shape.
Normal inflation: Open the valve. Self-inflation will take place to 80% of normal thickness in approximately 2 minutes. Close valve and blow in more air to achieve desired comfort level.
Deflating: Open the valve and firmly roll up the mat to remove air. Close the valve, replace the restraining straps and place mat into the carrybag.
