All products sold at Winfields Outdoors will carry at least a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase or received, depending on which is the latter.

Some products may carry a longer warranty period. If so it will be highlighted on the product page.

Details of the warranty period or conditions are supplied by the manufacturer/brand and generally provided with the product packaging. Often a link to the manufacturer/brand website will be provided for more details of the warranty.

If you need to make a warranty claim, please check directly with the manufacturer/brand first to make sure you are covered. Once confirmed please contact our customer care team below, so we can assist in processing your warranty claim.

Process a Warranty Claim just get in touch with our Online Customer Care Team between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday.

Please note: We will need proof of purchase before we can process a warranty claim. The claim needs to be in the name of the person who purchased the goods. We are unable to process a warranty claim if you have purchased the goods second-hand or received as a gift.

Some of the manufacturers/brands Winfields Outdoors deal with offer free collection/delivery/testing but not all, where this is not possible a charge will be incurred.  If this is the case one of our customer service team will advise at the time of making the warranty claim.
