Faulty Goods Rights


If you have received a faulty product that doesn’t do what it is supposed to, is different from the description provided or arrived damaged from Winfields Outdoors and wish to return the product. Contact our Customer Care Team who can assist you through the process.

If you a faulty item get in touch with our Online Customer Care Team between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday.

Returning any faulty goods will be at no cost to you and a full refund will be offered. Our team will also give you the option for a replacement or repair if available and a suitable option to you.

How long do you have to return a faulty product? Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the legal right to either get a refund for products that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, or get it repaired - depending on how long you have owned the product.

0-30 days: You can claim a full refund for goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. 

30 days to 6 months: You must allow us to repair or replace it before you can claim a refund.

6 months or longer: You must allow us to repair or replace it before you can claim a partial refund, and you must prove to Winfields Outdoors the product is faulty.
