You can still shop with confidence online, knowing that your order will be delivered as normal. However due to the volume of orders, limited staff and the increased pressures on the delivery network some services may take a little longer than normal. You should still get your order delivered within the desired timeframe
After conversations with our courier companies, there are currently no delivery restrictions or delays. Orders will be dispatched as usual and delivered within the desired timeframe. The only current delivery option which is unavailable is for orders being delivered to your local collection shops. Due to the current volume of orders and limited staff we are noticing a few orders have taken a little longer than normal to process so please allow a bit of extra time than normal. Returns and Refund
We are still accepting returns and processing refunds, we are working through these as quickly as possible but this process is taking longer than normal, so please bear with us as we have limited staff at the moment. This service offers drop of points (but these may be very limitied due to COVID-19) or collection from you.
