Glampers will be able to choose from a selection of luxury yurts and shepherd’s huts, which are all suitable for dogs – completely free of any additional charge.  

Meon Springs allows visitors to feel a complete sense of seclusion from the world, with panoramic views of the beautiful Hampshire valleys. Glampers and doggos will also be able to explore untouched natural lakes and vast greenery that stretches for miles.

The isolated natural location offers glampers and their pooches full access to a wide range of trails, beaches, lakes, rivers, lochs, countryside and woodland – making this getaway an absolute paradise for dogs and outdoor enthusiasts alike. 

Aside from all of the outdoor activities on offer at Dry Island (including boat trips and mountain climbing), visitors can also expect to be greeted by a wide range of wildlife.

In fact, one of the glamping cabins is named “ Otter Cabin”, which is one of the many species you can expect to catch a glimpse of at Dry Island. What’s more, depending on the time of year you plan on visiting – it isn’t uncommon for visitors to spend time whale spotting at this idyllic location.

Graig Wen

When you stay at the Graig Wen holiday hotspot, you’ll be welcomed with breathtaking panoramic views of the Mawddach estuary, a real sight to see for nature lovers. Visitors will also have exclusive access to the famous Mawddach trail (which is also a dog-friendly walking route), as the starting point is only a short walk across the on-site meadow.

In relation to dog-friendly activities, there’s plenty of fun to be had in the surrounding areas. Whether you fancy a coastal stroll or a woodland wander, a variety of different scenery is on your doorstep when you visit Graig Wen.

Graig Wen does not have limitations on which accommodation you can book with your canine companion, however, they do recommend the larger yurts as they offer a more private and spacious setting. If you’re not much of a glamper, Graig Wen also offers tents and welcomes camper vans.

Secret Wood Glamping   

Next, we have the Secret Wood Glamping holiday spot, located in Derbyshire, England. If you’re looking for a luxury camping holiday in a woodland setting, that also welcomes dogs with open arms – this could be the place for you.

This superb glamping outdoor holiday spot is spread across 4 acres of magical woodland, with plenty of walking trails to choose from. In relation to organising your stay at the Secret Wood Glamping, there are no limits on which glamping tent you can book, as dogs are welcome in all options.

Additionally, once you’ve explored what the secret forest has to offer, there are plenty of well-known walking and hiking trails (e.g Curbar Edge and Kinder Scout) to explore nearby that allow dogs.

The Roost Glamping

Last, but certainly not least, we have The Roost Glamping. This incredible holiday hotspot is located in the historic market town of Mitcheldean, within the county of Gloucestershire, England. 

The Roost Glamping is the perfect place for those who wish to fully immerse themselves in nature, as the cabins are nestled within a 2.5-acre meadow – in the heart of the magical Forest of Dean.

It’s worth mentioning that The Roost Glamping is situated within a SAC (Special Area for Conservation). This means that glampers will be surrounded by protected areas and endangered species that are cared for and live in the area – such as horse bats, local deer and even badgers! 

When it comes to pooch comfort, The Roost Glamping has thought of everything. Dogs are warmly welcomed in both accommodation options, with a wide range of little extras thrown in to ensure that your dog feels as comfortable as possible whilst away from home.
